3. Escrow And Payments

During checkout, the buyer pays Kariakoonline first. The seller does not receive payment directly during checkout. Funds remain under Kariakoonline escrow control until delivery is confirmed, auto-release rules apply, or a backend-controlled refund or dispute process is completed.

Kariakoonline may use third-party payment providers, including AzamPay, to initiate checkout, verify payment callbacks, and reconcile payment references. We do not intentionally store full card numbers, bank account credentials, mobile money PINs, or payment passwords on the website.

Payment provider responses, transaction references, timestamps, callback payloads, and status updates may be stored so that orders can be confirmed, escrow can be held, duplicate callbacks can be ignored, refunds can be reviewed, and audit records can be maintained.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to order, escrow, fraud prevention, legal, and accounting requirements.

You can update account and address information from your account area where available.
You can choose whether to sign in using supported methods such as email or Google sign-in.
You can request support for incorrect order, seller, payment, delivery, refund, or dispute information.
You can control browser cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect sign-in, cart, checkout, and analytics behavior.
